Came 5 times to deposit a cheque to the estate, every time managers signature was needed and was told to book an appointment. Booked an appointment and manager is not in the branch, and was told I need to rebook it while they don't know when the manager will be in the branch. Was told Oops, I didn't know the manager wasn't in today! Such a poor policies and procedures!!!?
