Great branch, pleasant staff and very efficient. I deal with Rea when I'm there, she is wonderful to work with.
Rea that works here doesn’t speak English, very hard to understand , doesn’t want to listen to anything you say and is very rude. Honestly been banking with rbc for 10 years and never experienced anything like this.
Was not listened to by the advisor who closed my account with another institution, who I have a long standing positive credit history with. His delay in attempting to rectify has lead to major issues in reinstating. I have had to do all the advocacy. Attempted to switch over RRSPs to RBC investments and the branch never sent off forms. They are unable to explain where confidential forms are.
Every thing was fine despite one mistake There was EXIT 222 but on google map it shows 552 this cause little confusion if I would not followed the blue line and looked only exit point I would have lost so need to fix this issue Thanks
Excellent customer service especially from Ms. Jessica who has been helping and guiding me since I opened my account at RBC. she treats me very well just thank you
