RBC is the worse ever bank I ever work with. They can’t even approved me a 5 days bridge loan so we can move into our new house while waiting for the $ from our house sale! Shame on you RBC! We will never deal with you RBC ever ever again! You sucks big time!
I showed up at 5:30pm because online it says they close at 6pm. One teller was busy with a customer with another waiting in front of me. Two tellers walked around behind the counter pretending not to see me or the other customer patiently waiting. No acknowledgment at all. They went to the back offices to never return. These jobs will be obsolete in 10 years, you’d think they would take care of their customers while they can. I won’t be returning to this branch.
If you have to deal with Mennie Mann. I highly suggest you reconsider and go to another specialist . She is inept , judgemental, it was an awful experience and quite honestly she's not good at her job .
Absolutely horrible bank very poor customer service
Great branch, pleasant staff and very efficient. I deal with Rea when I'm there, she is wonderful to work with.
