Poor customer orientation
OMG RBC should investigate customer service at this branch, it's soooo slow and there's always a line up. Seems their processes are outdated
Very dishonest manager at the branch of place vertu. last week i had to transfer a large amount of money to a European bank and the tellers told me above certain amount the manager has to call the treasury and get a better rate but she never called and just offered me a rate anyone could give at the branch faking it that she called the treasury .
