Literally the world's worst bank. What on earth happened?! The service is absolutely horrendous, and good luck if you try to bank whilst overseas. It is absolutely impossible. I am closing down all my accounts and never want to hear of this archaic institution again. Those 3 letters enrage me.

Horrible customer service , extremely short staff. There is no excuse for a 1-2 hour plus wait in line to see a bank teller on a Tuesday afternoon.
