Terresa Buffham was so wonderful! I had many questions and she took the time to really answer and explain everything. It is clear Terresa knew what she was talking about and we discussed all of my options, rewards and so on. Beverley was working as well and was also extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you for the incredible service, could not recommend this location enough.
Terrible service and staff that mess up our accounts EVERY time. They don’t know what they are doing. Today they deposited $850 of our money into someone else’s account. It certainly wasn’t ours. Wow. We had 2 simple transactions to do and neither were done correctly. The manager was no help at all either. Really PATHETIC!!! 🤮
Disappointed in this bank and their policies. They impose an arbitrary level where they feel the “need” to probate the will for an estate comprised entirely of a savings account! The fact there is a notarized will that clearly defines the beneficiaries of the estate is of no consequence…it is their policy and they claim there is nothing they can do. So sad they feel the need to gouge a little more from the estate of a loyal customer of 70 years (or so).
I can not say enough how helpful my appointment was with Karen Robinson. She is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate.....and the list goes on. I would recommend her in a minute to others, and I will definitely see her again for my banking needs! Thank you for putting my mind at ease!! 5 stars 🌟, only because that's as high as it goes.
