You guys get two stars instead of one because the job still got done but I’ve been banking with RBC for 12 years and because I’ve had good experiences weighing out the bad I will continue banking with you but today I went in and I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Yasmeen yes she did do the job but her customer service is just not it zero manners and I felt like I was being interrogated instead of assisted which you guys have always been great at hoping my next visit will be better
Slowest bank I have ever dealt with. 30min for tellers should not be necessary
A good bank to belong to, but there is usually a long line to do your banking. Often 20 minutes. Otherwise, the tellers are very good at there jobs.
Received a master card and when I went to pick it up they couldn’t activate it so now I’m going to the bank for the 3rd time. 2.5 hrs of my working day so far, this will be the 2 nd tme they assure me it’s fixed. Keep you posted.
