The staff at the Royal Bank in the Duncan branch are very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is waiting in line to actually talk to a teller. There needs to be more staff...especially on peak days or times. Several people left the bank as apposed to enduring the long wait with only two staff expected to help everyone.
Service has gone way downhill. Always a long line up and few tellers. Hurry up and WAIT AND WAIT. No more help desk either.
Tellers are nice and helpful. Overall banking experience is poor.
If I can give this rating 0, I would. I was racially abused by the rep in this bank. I reported to them that U went to RBC atm in London drugs and the machine did not give me back my money. They said they had to investigate. I have no problem with that. Then the cashier Aspen, told me well if we investigate and saw that you took the money we are taking it back from you. If I could rate this bank less the 1 I would. The most INEFFICIENT run bank that I ever witnessed. If this is done purposely, the manager should resign; if the manager is directed to manage this institution in this manner; he or she should QUIT. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!!!!
