Received a master card and when I went to pick it up they couldn’t activate it so now I’m going to the bank for the 3rd time. 2.5 hrs of my working day so far, this will be the 2 nd tme they assure me it’s fixed. Keep you posted.
Went to dep cheque the ATM is down on a Sunday when the branch doors there are also closed..what a joke
Waited 30 minutes today for a teller (exchanging rolled coins for cash). I arrived and 4 tellers working. 1 teller stepped back and sat down at a laptop working, not serving customers. At this point over 6 parties were in line. 2 tellers the entire time I was there were serving the same person. Need to recognize when the line up is busy, and tell the lengthy client that they need to serve other customers. So we purchased a new vehicle from Toyota and Scotiabank is doing our loan. I find it ironic that I can see how much I owe on my vehicle after owning it for only two weeks and I could never see what I owed on my truck and I had it for two years. Very disappointed… makes me wonder if I’m banking with the right company.
