I went to this branch today. Employees working there are really good. I met James today, he is too calm and knowledgeable person. I was having issues with my mobile banking. He solves everything very patiently.
You guys get two stars instead of one because the job still got done but I’ve been banking with RBC for 12 years and because I’ve had good experiences weighing out the bad I will continue banking with you but today I went in and I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Yasmeen yes she did do the job but her customer service is just not it zero manners and I felt like I was being interrogated instead of assisted which you guys have always been great at hoping my next visit will be better
Slowest bank I have ever dealt with. 30min for tellers should not be necessary
