Absolutely nightmare to know where your money went to when your advisor is on vacation. Asked for maturity of an investment that should've been renewed and a college of them repeated four times about you need to come to our branch bla bla bla for this investment and it is not even the one I was taking about. They got offended and hung up when I plead them to actually listen about which investment I'm talking about. The rudest, most unnecessarily aggressive experience I have ever had. I'm actually going to go out of my way to call RBC headquarters. There were 2 tellers (possibly a manager) who were willfully unhelpful all over depositing a pay cheque. Shameful; They truly earned their poor reviews. I encourage everyone to report them to RBC headquarters if they have an experience anything like mine. No on deserves to be treated that way.
