The rudest, most unnecessarily aggressive experience I have ever had. I'm actually going to go out of my way to call RBC headquarters. There were 2 tellers (possibly a manager) who were willfully unhelpful all over depositing a pay cheque. Shameful; They truly earned their poor reviews. I encourage everyone to report them to RBC headquarters if they have an experience anything like mine. No on deserves to be treated that way.

Ce n’est pas toujours facile de travailler dans le public, tout le monde fait de son mieux mais nous, avec la succession de ma mère, nous avons toujours eu un service super, des explications à nos questions et ce toujours avec gentillesse et le désir d’aider!! Félicitations pour votre beau travail!! ☺️
