This bank has gone down in service so bad. Truly sucks to bank here, looking at moving my banking to BMO or Scotia in downtown. ● Almost anytime you go in there are max 2 tellers if not 1. ● The other bank employees just hide in their offices even though they see a line up of people at the tellers. No client sitting inside the office like sure buddy you could go and help clear the line up. ● Usually a long wait at the tellers at all times. ● Business side teller is the same teller who is hhelping in non business side. I’ve been here 5 times and each time it has taken an hour or longer just to process a cheque. As their machine and my app won’t recognize the cheque. This is by far the slowest RBC by a long shot. Unless you have nothing but time on your hands I’d suggest going elsewhere! The Timberlea location is only 15 mins quicker however.

They are very unorganized and a different set of rules for every day. I had a bank draft issued by them, the depositor also used them to deposit the bank draft. They flagged it as fraud and my cash was sitting in limbo for 6 weeks, which was not only embarrassing but also could have been financially devastating as I needed to pay that bill. At that time they told me if they had known the depositor was an RBC client they would have just transferred the money to their account free of charge. Fast forward and I tried to do that... read more
