I had a great experience with the bank staff, especially Munsi. They were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Munsi explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. Their patience and respectful attitude made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this bank to others.
I have draft deposited and its 2 weeks now and no help from RBC. Customer Service says to visit Bank and Bank has no manager available to deal this sensitive issue. Staff would not even give me managers email address or phone number to reach out. This RBC branch has worst staff to deal with.
