I had a terrible experience at the RBC White Rock branch. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and provided incorrect information about my business credit card. I received only a client card, and when I followed up, they claimed my credit card was approved—but I later learned no application was ever submitted. Despite this, the branch took no action to look into or fix the issue. Your ONE atm OUTSIDE is always out of service !!!!!!!!! You cannot enter the building to access other atms as it’s locked after hours or Sundays !? This building took years to build .. YEARS lol !!! Thank god i do not deal with bank tellers as i do most banking online. However this is the 4 th time now …so now i am here writing a review! For one of the top banks in the country… please read your customers reviews and DO BETTER !!!!!
