I am not a shill, human or otherwise. My experience in setting up an account at this branch with Derek was quick, efficient and friendly. My experience with RBC when setting up the appointment By phone was equally excellent.
Beyond ridiculous lines. RBC should be ashamed of their attention to customer service. 15 people in the line up with 3 associates in one is lucky. This is common!! The community in White Rock has grown, the bank has merged with another big bank and despite all the profits they are greedy and have no concern for customer care. While I found the counter staff friendly, they often had to go to a manager to get answers for some of the simplest transactions. This burns up a LOT of time for business clients.
Poor layout with long lines blocking entrance. Lack of personal service. Hidden unsecured ATM single machine. After 5+ yrs of construction = extremely poor, might look good on paper or maybe not? No signage for parking area. Need for security forsure.
