I don't have an account here but we set up my mother's Estate account just after she passed. I have only had 3 or 4 dealings here, mostly with the branch manager Mandy. I have found her to be knowledgeable and very helpful with the many questions I have asked her. She is truly a nice person.
I have had a very positive experience with Cheryl Barclay. She has followed up with me and kept me informed. She is a gem in that branch.
Impossible to call the branch. Phone number indicated on the internet will basically directly be transferred to the general customer support center, where you are connected to someone who is unable to resolve any branch specific issues.

Absolutely the worst bank, the worst customer service and the worst branch manager I pay for an account with this branch and they have not only fired me as a customer due to being in an overdraft but also refusing me the right to have access to my account told me having access to my account is a privilege not a right they were “mandy” the branch managers exact words.
