If I could gove 0 stars I would. Tried to set up a business account, made an appointment online and showed up and they said I wasn't on the list. Asked to see someone and they wouldnt let me without making an appointment 3 weeks out from that date. The cpl beside me asked to speak to someone on the spot and they gladly made time for them but wouldnt help me even though I had an appointment they messed up. Manager Paul in this branch is the best manager I have ever seen , he helped us so much .
I’m really disappointed in this branch. I’ve been an RBC client since I was a teenager and always felt proud to bank here, but the level of customer service has noticeably declined. I met with Nibin, who was pleasant and initially helpful. He said he needed to check with his manager about reducing the annual fee on my credit card since I hold two cards. I really like this RBC branch. The schedule is very convenient, and being able to go on Saturdays helps me a lot since I work in London. The branch is clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service we received from Catalina. She helped my wife and me with a great attitude and truly went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you for such a great experience.
