I hope the other RBC branches are better because the St.Thomas branch is ridiculous! 1st example: their hours Mon - Fri they open at 9:30 am, Saturday they open at 9am... One would think that should be the opposite, seeing that Mon-Fri are actual business days! 2nd issue I have with this branch is their poor management of the ATM machines... Too many times i have gone to withdraw cash and the machine is out of $20 bills... Not one machine but multpile machines! They also seem to have problems with keeping both "drive thru" A... read more
We need more locations. If you don’t drive, this isn’t the bank for you.
Called head office, they said I had to go to the branch. Lady at the branch told me I had to call 2 phone #s. Both those #s said I had to go to the branch. Just went to the branch again and they told i had to do other things b4 returning. What a waste of time. Terrible bank. Not 1 of those employees knows what the proper process is. Told them to forget it. Won't ever bank here again and won't be returning.
