Terrible service. We were connected with a senior mortgage broker and she had very little contact and updates for us during the process. Finally we were ‘pre-approved’ and I asked her for more information… the rate, type of mortgage, duration. And NEVER heard back. No information given. Really discouraging especially because this is time sensitive. Would absolutely not recommend for a mortgage. Completely unprofessional.

A huge thumbs up to a number of people at RBC Penricton. I had a very unusual transaction that could not be resolved with online banking. I tried to resolve it through various phone calls to RBC, but none of the proposed solutions worked.
