Why am I being charged 12$ a month to have a savings account? This really defeats the purpose! Also these bank lines may be the slowest in the world!
Aside from the standard 45 to 60 minutes in line for basic banking transactions, I had to meet with a staff in person last week for an RBC Invest Direct matter, after being directed there by the 'Customer Care Centre' (even though I was told repeatedly that branches don't handle Invest Direct matters). I've been with this bank for over 10 years. Yet everytime I go there with a check I'm treated like a new customer. That's after spending an hour in line. I've noticed they favour their own (brown). I'll be switching banks ASAP. Stay clear of this bank people. Unless ofcourse...
Wait time is unacceptable.
No staff and manager hides in office instead of helping staff on frontline or taking customers. Prepare for hour wait for basic banking.
