Theres a bit of a wait at this branch but its not the issue of the staff call head office. I waited and got absolutely incredible customer service from Cynthia today. I come from calgary and have banked with rbc forever their tellers especially Cynthia are second to none in dealing with everything needed. Thanks RBC penticton :)
