Always a wait time, no matter what day/ time one visits. And employees that do their best to rush through the line but are obviously not set up for success or given the ability to breathe.
Whatever you do, absolutely do not open any accounts, especially credit cards, with RBC. I had the WestJet RBC Mastercard for awhile. They never bothered to send the replacement card when the card itself expired, and I wasn't using it so I decided to close the account. I'm currently 45 minutes into a phone call to close it, after being told by their website I could cancel it using their chat (I couldn't, as it turns out). Have had nothing but good experiences with this branch. I live in the West End, but my branch is in Montreal, and have not had any problems with this branch, making transfers, money orders, and other banking transactions.
I would like to commend RBC Advisor Kirat Khehra for his excellent service. Today, I had some free time and walked into the branch to open an account, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Kirat was very friendly and welcoming. He not only assisted me with opening a student account, but also remained patient and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciate his help and the positive experience he provided.
Garbage. Has an accessible 24/7 ATM foyer... Doesnt open doors til 9am.
