I once met a guy name Josh and there was a lineup, but he apologized sincerely for the long wait time, which is great customer service! He helped me with all my requests efficiently and even educated me about online banking (which I NEVER knew about). Great services, efficient, and attentive to customers!

My experience at this branch was not satisfactory. Customer service representative behaved unprofessionally by asking personal and irrelevant questions instead of focusing on their work and providing proper service. This made me feel uncomfortable and reduced my trust in the service. Please ensure your staff are properly trained on how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally, without intruding into personal matters. The focus should be on delivering efficient and appropriate service.

Always a wait time, no matter what day/ time one visits. And employees that do their best to rush through the line but are obviously not set up for success or given the ability to breathe.

Whatever you do, absolutely do not open any accounts, especially credit cards, with RBC. I had the WestJet RBC Mastercard for awhile. They never bothered to send the replacement card when the card itself expired, and I wasn't using it so I decided to close the account. I'm currently 45 minutes into a phone call to close it, after being told by their website I could cancel it using their chat (I couldn't, as it turns out).
