Worst experience ever. Doesn’t know how to treat clients. Gave us a very hard time.
Luckily, I don’t live or bank regularly in Belleville. As a business owner, I would like to share my experience. I went to deposit some cash into my business account. Just the teller told me that I would need to present a deposit slip or deposit book for her to accept my cash deposit. I then responded and said that it’s rare that i deposit cash but usually the teller will make a deposit slip for me. She said she would do it this time only and that next time I could deposit my cash via an ATM. What a crappy way to be treated ... read more

I went to the bank today and told them that I am aware the bank is claiming that I owe $102, and that I have had a CIBC card for three years and have never been late even a single day. However, the employee’s reaction was rude and disrespectful, especially considering that I am a long-time customer of this bank. She said, “This is your problem, not ours,” as if I were asking her to pay the amount herself. I will not deal with this bank again—neither I nor any of my family members. This bank does not deserve even one star.
