Never open. Business hours say 930 to 5 but it's just hope and pray
Constantly frustrated by the banking experience here, even with being a business banking customer. Doesn’t feel like they care about the customer in so many different ways. Have been in multiple times (even with being a local), feels like they could care less if I stay with the bank. Will be shopping for a different banking solution.
Corporate thieves undercover. Cash was stolen from my safety deposit box at the Whistler branch. Currency counter short $200. Had to ask the cashier to put the cash through the machine again, in order to get to the correct amount. After hours atm short 100$ when depositing money. Look after yourself, your transactions, and take photos/videos.
Bank won’t exchange $20 because you are not an account holder. So their justification was because they need to verify me with my account 😁🙈 Unreal.
