Qiqi was a horrible advisor… she knew nothing about simple GIC rules. She stated GIC without renewing will automatically be renewed and not deposited……but the most difficult part was communicating with her. Her English was hard to understand, and her understanding of the language is even worse

worst customer experience ever. Usually I go to fraser st branch but I came in at 4:30 n they said they didnt have enough time to help me because they close at 5??! i just wanted travel insurance which I have gotten before in under ten mins. then the guy helping me was an incompetent mess and took 10+ mins to count my money, had to triple check on his computer and with a colleague and then loudly counted out all my money and out of order and then just handed multiple stacks of it to me no envelope, no receipt. Every single RBC location is a joke. I have been stood up multiple times by multiple different branches in Vancouver for phone call appts regarding loans. This is directly affecting my life and well-being and I still have yet to be taken seriously. The "help line", if you can even call it that, is the worst thing I have ever experienced. If I could give this bank a negative rating I would. My advice, take your money and run.
