Don’t ever go here If you value your time! I went in around 2:50 to ask and make early payments towards a car loan I have. Their branch manager assisted me but then asked me to wait and get back in the line to wait and I waited for good 20 mins but he started assisting new customers who came after me, like this work should’ve taken hardly 15 minutes at max. CINDY JIANG is the worst person i’ve ever met. i had a very disappointing experience with her. FIRST OF ALL she did not respect my pronouns at all. Communication was extremely poor, and i often felt ignored when trying to ask questions or get updates about my accounts.
