very bad services, keep telling me to call the phone centre and being so rude to clients
Golsa handled my problem well, she was very friendly and professional.
Tried to get a bank statement took 15 minutes for the teller to tell me the printer isn’t working, made me late for an appointment. Clearly untrained, or poorly trained. As I witnessed three of the bank teller laughing about a customers request when they left, not only are they incompetent but they are completely unprofessional.
Qiqi was a horrible advisor… she knew nothing about simple GIC rules. She stated GIC without renewing will automatically be renewed and not deposited……but the most difficult part was communicating with her. Her English was hard to understand, and her understanding of the language is even worse
