This bank is not effectively managed. Long line up today, leading out the door. I had a quick question and went to the woman sitting in the Maple office. Not a welcoming smile, nothing, very poor customer service and showed annoyance that I was interrupting her. This was at about 11:30am. I'll need to change to another bank
Welcome to the absolute slowest location in all of Vancouver, BC! possibly even the entire planet! If you’re looking to waste your entire day, this is the place to be. With only two employees moving at the speed of a snail stuck in molasses, each customer takes an eternity to be served. You could watch paint dry, grow old, and still not reach the front of the line. Expect to wait at least an hour if you’re lucky. Bring a tent, snacks, and maybe even a novel series to get through the wait.
Never been more than 2 tellers helping and we got this massive line of elderly people patiently waiting. Currently as I stand here there are 12 people in line. I’ve mentioned this before to the manager but he obviously doesn’t care, typical excuse “Short staffed” or “we’re all busy”. Best to try the Fraser street location.
It's seldom to get a great and professional service from in branch banking these days. It's for the first time in years I had an amazing experience at this branch. Janelle Tang went above and beyond to address my banking issues. She clearly knew what she was doing and was very precise in forwarding my issue to the correct department. She didn't rush and took her time and at the end of the day I was able to walk out with my issues resolved.
