Keitius, was the one who assisted me. And he did a great job. I had an issue with online banking, and it took a while to done it but that guy was patient and helped me to the end. Good job man! Recommend him allllll customers in RBC. Matter of fact promote him please.
I usually never write google reviews, but the service in this bank branch is the worse I have ever had. They don’t respect the client and don’t give basic services like deposit a check. That other branches did a million times before. Avoid this location at all cost.
I really appreciate the excellent service I received at the RBC 49th Victoria location. Timothy Lui was very helpful in answering my questions and took the time to clearly explain the details I needed to know about my account options and investment. I went around 4 p.m. on a Tuesday, so there was no line. I was seen quickly and they took care of what i needed. I received excellent service.
