Went to withdraw cash on a Sunday afternoon only to find that none of the ATMs were functional. Isn’t that the point of an ATM? To work when the bank itself isn’t open?
I had a great experience at this branch! The advisor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front-line staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Excellent customer service all around—highly recommend!
Slow. Only two workers mid day? They can't afford your business
Financial Advisor David Liu helped us out when we need to process my husband’s RRSP. He was so helpful and knowledgeable with the process. He gave us all the information we need and helped us step by step. I highly recommend him if you need any help with your personal banking needs.
