These tellers never have any helpful information and can’t even figure out simple things. They always say they will get back to me and I have never had them ever call me back or email me back or follow up on anything. Every time I go in there I leave feeling frustrated, annoyed and still looking for answers.

RBC is a horrible company and bank to deal with. I highly don’t recommend them for any bank accounts. I have been blocked from my account about five times now and they want me to go to a branch in the morning when I am gonna be heading to work in the morning, so I have no time to deal with this and now this affects my life and how to live because I can’t buy Anything for food because my cards are blocked RBC is a horrible bank and I will be changing banks when I get home from work. all I simply wanted to know is if Rbc is open on Saturday mornings or not this stupid AI thing wouldn’t answer me and it ran around in circles and it was extremely frustrating. I simply want to know if I can go to the bank in the morning or not
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I opened an account in September, before I did, I asked if I could use a certain browser and if I required an app to use their services. I got a green light for what I use and everything was fine until they did an update. The last 2 months I have not been able to access my online banking through 4 devices, one being a brand new iPad that has never been used. They could not get me in on any device.
