RBC is a horrible company and bank to deal with. I highly don’t recommend them for any bank accounts. I have been blocked from my account about five times now and they want me to go to a branch in the morning when I am gonna be heading to work in the morning, so I have no time to deal with this and now this affects my life and how to live because I can’t buy Anything for food because my cards are blocked RBC is a horrible bank and I will be changing banks when I get home from work. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service and outdated systems. It has been over a week and I still dont even have a debit card. I have spent hours dealing with them both in person and on the phone. Avoid this bank at all costs!!!!! They are not worth the hassle whatsoever.
