Zero stars. I have been a loyal RBC client for years and have never seen anything like this. The first teller was actually nice, but the other two were absolutely disgusting. I watched them send a stressed elderly gentleman back and forth between them while giving him hateful, gross, belittling looks. They sat there tearing him down with a disgusted scowl, saying things like 'Sir, you need to be doing this' instead of actually helping him.
