Argh!! First of all what is the address?! Google is generally used by the rest of the free world to find out exactly where businesses are located! Second, I went in to put a large deposit into another RBC. customer’s account & this person was with me, but the customer service rep put a “credit note” on my account & then made a withdrawal. This banking function essentially took the money out of my account only to put it back in, so the other person didn’t end up getting their money.
