Tyla was awesome. I had spoken to over 5 people over the phone that couldn't help me, but she understood the problem and was very thorough when helping me. Very friendly, and had great follow-up. Very good atmosphere and good customer service at this bank!
Argh!! First of all what is the address?! Google is generally used by the rest of the free world to find out exactly where businesses are located! Second, I went in to put a large deposit into another RBC. customer’s account & this person was with me, but the customer service rep put a “credit note” on my account & then made a withdrawal. This banking function essentially took the money out of my account only to put it back in, so the other person didn’t end up getting their money.
