I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I had very good experience with Gloria at the Mill Bay RBC today. I had a bit of a strange request in closing an account and she had to take a bit of a leap to trust that I wasn't pulling some type of scam (I wasn't). I appreciate her help and for not making my request more difficult than it should have been.
I love RBC and workers are always helpful when answering any questions you may have.
Absolutely impossible to reach a person at the Mill Bay branch. Got the runaround from the droid on the phone, told to use online resources and repeatedly asked for my card number although I said it was destroyed . Just atrocious customer service.
Not enough tellers working. These lines move brutally slow.
Fantastic, small town branch. Highly recommend!
