I love mill bay branch!
Switched from BMO with my personal and business accounts. It has been nothing but issue after issue. This branch lacks going the extra mile for customer service unfortunately to rectify issues they create at this branch or at another RBC.
Small town branch means lineups are rare. I hope this bank remains open to avoid longer drives to busier branches like Langford
