I love RBC and workers are always helpful when answering any questions you may have.
Absolutely impossible to reach a person at the Mill Bay branch. Got the runaround from the droid on the phone, told to use online resources and repeatedly asked for my card number although I said it was destroyed . Just atrocious customer service.
Not enough tellers working. These lines move brutally slow.
Fantastic, small town branch. Highly recommend!
