My favorite bank!
The whole story is too long and boring to recount here but basically talked to multiple people in branch and on the phone, including a manager, all for what should have been a simple thing of getting a joint visa set up with a low limit. I have excellent credit, no debt, and have been a client of rbc for many years. Everyone tried to pawn me off to someone else, advise me to apply online, or just not be able to help whatsoever. Just had the best experience at RBC yesterday! Khush is honestly the nicest guy ever. I didn’t even know I’d overpaid and closed a credit card from like a year ago (yikes ), and he spotted it and refunded me right away. I’ve been to this branch before, and nobody ever told me about this, he actually cares and helped me out. 10/10, would go back just to deal with him!
