You can’t talk to anyone. I have left a message for this branch 2 times now and both have gone unanswered. Waiting since January for my client card. Even the toll free number leads you to a voicemail at this branch that no one answers.
Waited 2 week's for an appointment and then associate brena were not available and she rejected to do anything. Worst bank, worst customer service. Never open an account here and if you have one I suggest you to find a better bank
Worst bank ever, I cashed a check on my online banking app on Monday, it is now Friday and my check is still being held.. How is someone supposed to survive if they needed that money? This is evil. It should take 2 business days max, now it’s the weekend and my check will be held until next week. Making this an almost 10 day hold on my check!!!
