Busiest time of day after work. Eleven people in line. One teller. When asked for assistance, told that other staff is at a dinner break. Ended with a shrug. As in, not my problem.
What a joke of a branch. The branch manager seriously needs to be changed. It's wpm in rhe afternoon and there is a line up for personal banking yet there are 3 staff working on the back side and no one stepping up to help the tellers out. What a joke.
Everyone has there own opinion about banks but I was very pleased
Wish you could give no stars, I have lived across Canada and been with RBC for over 40 years and have never encountered such rude unprofessional behavior that happens at this branch.
I went in for a simple letter, and they refused to give it to me even though on the phone they said they would, I wasted my time all for the disrespectful treatment I was givin.
