Very rude and the representative and manager were laughing at me and told me to go back to MY branch for help.
Told us we needed an appointment for something very simple with card (never had to before at any bank), and weren't busy. Won't be returning.
Many thanks to manager Lorena. She helped me solve my questions literally in a minute. She was extremely friendly and kind to me, since my English is not very good
