I had a phone appointment with RBC today. The girl who first spoke to me was polite and helpful, but then she transferred the call to her colleague ISHAN, and he was very rude. He didn’t let me talk or ask my questions, and when I said bye, he suddenly cut the call. That’s not the right way to treat a client. Very disappointed with his behavior — RBC should train their staff to communicate respectfully.

I had pleasure working with Rajdeep Sandhu at RBC , she is truly dedicated towards her profession, very sharp and attentive , first time someone answered all my questions. Helped me with investments and mortgage inquiries , keep doing good work !
It is a Friday afternoon and there are only 2 tellers working with line of people! This is absolutely ridiculous! The the floor manager is walking around giving everyone rude looks! Do better!
This branch is extremely poorly managed. The lineups are always long, and it is very clear that regular customers and business clients are not a priority. The only people given preference are seniors at the end of the month, while everyone else is left waiting endlessly. While seniors deserve respect, it is unacceptable that the bank ignores the time and needs of its other customers. This shows a complete lack of fairness and organization. Customers should not have to waste so much time just to do basic banking.
