This is one of the worst RBC branches I have visited. The customer service was disappointing, with long wait times and staff who seemed uninterested in helping. My concerns were not handled professionally, and I left without a satisfactory resolution. I expected much better service from a major bank. I hope the branch improves its customer service, communication, and overall efficiency.
Worst location. Staff was too lazy and inefficient.
