I am in Bramalea City Centre branch. This is a mist ruch time for the bank, but only two counters open. I think the management can plan better.
Quite possibly the slowest tellers I’ve ever dealt with. Do not recommend
went to take 5k out of my bank account with 15k in it. they said they cannot give me 5k because of recent electronic transfers..i do online gambling its my money just give it to me i dont see the issue. horrible horrible horrible service i will be closing my RBC account to a bank that wants to actually give me MY money that i work for.
