The staff was very unprofessional. Not everyone, but one of the employees was especially disrespectful. She didn’t show basic manners or proper workplace behavior, and her attitude was very rude.
Mandeep was a huge help! As soon as I got to the desk I was greeted with a smile and my issues and concerns were addressed right away. Right to the point and always ready to help her customers! We need more tellers like Mandeep at RBC! Thank you so much for your help today!!
I had a phone appointment with RBC today. The girl who first spoke to me was polite and helpful, but then she transferred the call to her colleague ISHAN, and he was very rude. He didn’t let me talk or ask my questions, and when I said bye, he suddenly cut the call. That’s not the right way to treat a client. Very disappointed with his behavior — RBC should train their staff to communicate respectfully.
