So slow!! Half the employees doing end of day chores while the line grows. Do your work after closing - put customers first! There are 4 staff just standing about chatting with each other using computers while the lineup just watches with nobody being served. It’s pretty clear that staff just don’t care. I guess they figure people will just leave and they’ll have less work to do which is exactly what happened in my case overall it means I use RBC less, but it also means that the ladies at this branch have less work to do.
Lackesha is fantastic. 6 stars if that was an option!!!
I visited this branch for a banking service, and unfortunately, the staff member (old lady )I dealt with was rude and not willing to help. She initially said it couldn’t be done, but after I asked her to look into it, the service was completed. The overall experience was very unfriendly, and there wasn’t even a simple thank you at the end. The manager, however, was very nice and friendly.
