One of the dumbest branch. 6-7 counters are always empty. Lack of staff. No preference at all to business clients.
Diksha dealt with me she is pro giving me awesome advice regarding accounts .she served me so well
This place is outrageously slow And claim they can't provide you service without 2 forms of id but online and at other branches they allow you to provide one The employee claims that she couldn't provide my service, even though she had full access to my account and could have done what I needed to get done and I showed her drivers license government ID
Today i visited this branch to open a corporation account and the girl rajdeep sandhu help me out she explained everything very well i really appriciate it.
I think you guys should hire more staff. A long line and only 2-3 employees serving them. All counters are free. Please improve your service and also think about the customers time who are standing in long line waiting.
