Absurd, terrible, ridiculous, I wanted to talk to someone at the branch I was unable to, incredibly stupid and unhelpful
It has come time to renew our mortgage and we inquired about a personal line of credit to consolidate some debt. Absolute nightmare. Twenty six minutes late for the appointment. Hurries it along and sent email instead. Second appointment, stated that he hadn't received a lot of the paperwork but looking at what I sent there was only 2 things missing.
