It has come time to renew our mortgage and we inquired about a personal line of credit to consolidate some debt. Absolute nightmare. Twenty six minutes late for the appointment. Hurries it along and sent email instead. Second appointment, stated that he hadn't received a lot of the paperwork but looking at what I sent there was only 2 things missing. Too much of a wait. Not enough staff. So it’s not a great experience when I have to go in.
I went to deposit money into the bank machine and it counted the incorrect amount. Then returned $450 less then I deposited when I canceled the deposit. I spoke with the teller and they said they would solve it for me and call me when they received my money back from the machine. To no avail they did not call me nor has my money been returned to me. Would not recommend using this bank.
