Good staff
I wish I could give this branch a minus star! I had a terrible experience there. They completely disregard their clients and their schedules. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the advisor was engrossed in a conversation with colleagues and didn’t even notice that I was waiting for a long time. After I left the branch due to this delay, she called me and, in a completely ignorant manner, asked if I wanted to reschedule. Don’t waste your time and appointments with Akshada. She doesn’t care about you or your time.
We had a very disappointing experience with this RBC branch. Our accounts were not set up properly from the start, particularly around shared access and visibility between my husband and myself. We were also not given clear guidance about how our accounts would function after our move from Ontario to Alberta. Despite discussing our plans to relocate, our accounts were opened in a way that is not compatible across regions, which we later learned means we now have to close and reopen accounts in Alberta.
