I would like to put a complaint about one of your employees. I needed some assistance with my autoloan and I visited RBC. I don’t remember her name but she was a caucasian woman with slightly european accent(not Canadian). I asked her some questions and she straight up answered them by saying that my case can’t be helped. She also didn’t refer to her own terms and conditions or ask a coworker about my case. Love it
I visited RBC to deposit my clients check in his business account. But Saba Sonan, client advisor told me that she can't do without deposit slip. when I requested deposit slips she refused to give me. As accountant we have to deposit our clients checks many times. All bank accept other than this RBC branch. As a commercial bank RBC can't refuse, but I feel she was not properly trained. Ashraf
Nick was super helpful, able to get me all the information I needed that I couldn't find online. Friendly guy that has helped me on multiple occasions, makes every visit smooth and easy. The teller beside me was dealing with a frustrated customer and I was impressed with the patience he showed. Be nice to these guys!
