Always expect delays when coming to this branch. Even when there is no lineup, you end up having to wait, wait, and wait just to be served. either not enough tellers working or, while the tellers finish their personal chats with each other . . i try to avoid going here ,
One of the tellers continues to make it difficult for my husband every week when he comes in to cash his cheque. Even though there are notes on his account to not do this.
Terrible experience here was kept on the phone for over an hour and was told that was going to send a student card and was sent a leo card again for the 3rd time!!!
