I deposited a bank draft from myself to myself and it was put on hold. Then the teller started talking about how they're trying to stop "you guys" from created fraudulent drafts. The insinuation was uncomfortable to say the least. I have always loved RBC for their customer service but this interaction was not it.
Had a terrible experience with one of the advisors, but the current branch manager is great. I will stay away from this branch for most parts of my banking and aviod putting myself in the unprofessional hands again.
Wow unimpressed booked an appointment with an advisor sent me across the city. Then it took 2 weeks to get in.
The service and managers was and still is TERRIBLE. NOT HELPFUL IN ANY CASES. MAKE EVERY PROBLEM MORE DIFFICULT AND COMPLICATED. Stay away from this brange. Keeps you out of the stress and safes your time.
