I gave the teller a $100 bill stuck together when making a deposit and she counted the money without me looking and said it was the right amount. I went back 20 minutes later and protested that I had given the teller another $100 and said I could see it on the video, but the teller refused to show me the video and ordered and shouted me "get out of here". The male teller needs some training and improvement on communication! Here was what happened. (I didn't get his name. But there were only two tellers, one male and one female in the morning of Feb 21, 2025. If the branch manager read this, I'm sure you can identify who I'm referring to.)
