Worst branch of Royal bank I ever went to! One teller served 2 clients in 1 hour. Waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get change for euros after I was on the phone with customer service telling me they had the changes I inquired about, but that was not the case. There was this girl walking around with her laptop asking if she can help people in line but just kept saying, you're in the right place. Obviously she wasn't interested in helping anyone. Very professional branch with great customer service and good communication skills and if you’re looking for advantages with whatever account or savings you’d like to inquire about, rest assured that your going to leave feeling on top of the world and you’ll be asking yourself why you didn’t make an appointment sooner and with this said I give RBC 5 Golden 🌟 🌟
This branch of RBC, and the bank in general, provided terrible service. I would have switched banks if I could.
