initially the front employee seemed to be really confused, it took awhile, but it worked out at the end.
Dysfunctional unprofessional not knowledgeable staff. Manager not in sight. Brought my elderly mother to get a temporary debit card because she lost it and after ID her they asked her they need to confirm she's her through her cell phone and the RBC app. My mom is 80 she doesn't know or have a cell phone. Anyways they let her go without a card and I have been giving her cash until she receives her new card which might take forever because of the Canada Post strike.
