Very professional branch with great customer service and good communication skills and if you’re looking for advantages with whatever account or savings you’d like to inquire about, rest assured that your going to leave feeling on top of the world and you’ll be asking yourself why you didn’t make an appointment sooner and with this said I give RBC 5 Golden 🌟 🌟

This branch of RBC, and the bank in general, provided terrible service. I would have switched banks if I could.

I never had any problems with either royal banks on newman and senkus nor newman and dollard street; yes its slow everywhere; i remember back way back in 1987, 1988, 1989 was way much faster and of course they were different mentally back then; but now it is what it is; time has passed and everything is no more as fast as it used to be; different times, different people, different way of managing the world; I switched to a different bank competitor where is slow because of staff turnover shortages etc ...etc...yes its sad;
