As a senior I was treated nicely was able to sit and not stand in line and they called me a taxi. I found this branch to be short staffed need more tellers
They want you to renew your mortgage and bombard you with emails, but you can never reach them by phone, and they never return your emails. So, what's the point? Why is their phone number such a secret? Even the online customer service people guarded the branch phone number like I was calling the CIA. Time to move to another bank!

Worst branch of Royal bank I ever went to! One teller served 2 clients in 1 hour. Waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get change for euros after I was on the phone with customer service telling me they had the changes I inquired about, but that was not the case. There was this girl walking around with her laptop asking if she can help people in line but just kept saying, you're in the right place. Obviously she wasn't interested in helping anyone.
