As a senior I was treated nicely was able to sit and not stand in line and they called me a taxi. I found this branch to be short staffed need more tellers
They want you to renew your mortgage and bombard you with emails, but you can never reach them by phone, and they never return your emails. So, what's the point? Why is their phone number such a secret? Even the online customer service people guarded the branch phone number like I was calling the CIA. Time to move to another bank!
