I waited in line for about 45 minutes when a couple walked in and went straight to the front. When I pointed out that the line starts at the back, the teller (Hiralbahen Patel) said it was fine because she had told them to go get the documents they have forgotten and come back. Worse back and worse service do not go there They really do not far about their clients and no matter how many times I called the customer service and the told me to go to the branch and everything I needed would be ready and guess what ..another hour wasted .. run from this bank
