Horrible Bank to deal with. My little guy went in to change in his coins and they refused the change. It was all counted up in bags and a teller proceeds to laugh as we're leaving to the next customer. I'll be switching banks shortly
We have dealt with a few different people here and the first two were great. But when we needed help with a LOC increase it was lousy with Sarah M. She was not helpful at all seemed to not want to do her job and just stopped responding to emails after i sent all our documents. We ended up calling rbc and spoke with an advisor over the phone who did everything within a few days.
