Really useless when I pay bank fees and the bank refuses to take my currency from different countries.. there's no point in having Bank branches these days as they refuse to do all sorts of transactions. They force you to go elsewhere or do it yourself online.
I have found the people to be very nice at the Elmsdale NS location but God forbid thinking you can ever reach the branch by telephone.
