I appreciate my local RBC branch. There’s wonderful, helpful tellers like Anas Shahoud and all the others that go above and beyond their main tasks. This last time I needed a letter stating that my account was closed and Anas took the time to write it for me and enclose all the details and proof. He did not need to do this for me. Coming here feels like a community bank even though it’s the RBC.
This place can’t even keep their hours up-to-date, not sure if you should trust them with your money.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great service and enough parking
Horrible Bank to deal with. My little guy went in to change in his coins and they refused the change. It was all counted up in bags and a teller proceeds to laugh as we're leaving to the next customer. I'll be switching banks shortly
