"Get back to your workstation!" "Don’t let me catch you translating for another client again!" really awkward moment for RBC. 劈头盖脸就是一顿，把帮忙的赶走，也不理客户，真是个冷面小天鹅😅 The female supervisor at RBC was incredibly harsh. Had a 10:30 a.m. appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited until 11:05 a.m. before being told the employee I was meeting was unavailable due to illness. I understand that illness happens, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. I wasted nearly 45 minutes because nobody informed me sooner. Extremely poor communication and branch management. Zero stars.

47 minutes to do a wire transfer - get hosed $45 to do it from my account to another RBC account. This branch is consistently awful. Always takes so long to do anything, lines are always brutal - for a monkey-corp that takes $1400 of mortgage interest from me per month, you think they’d be able to staff one or two more tellers.
