I have to say that every staff member I’ve met at this bank has been friendly, even though my business here isn’t complicated. Sometimes the line can be quite long, but the manager comes over to speak with customers and help answer a few questions to save their time. I was lucky to be helped by Tyler—she was amazing and gave me a warm hug. She worked efficiently and definitely deserves 5 stars!
I don't know if its me only but this branch is so disgusting in terms of customer service. I had a issue with my acccunt and came here three times. Last time I asked the advisor if I can speak with the beach manager. I waited over one hour but she did not have the time to listen or tell me ( if she is busy then I can come another time) .
The advisor was able to complete the objective of the meeting. But failed to listen properly or answer any related questions to my issue. Better choose another branch for any appointments.
Slow. Plenty of staff standing around chatting with only one teller at the desk and a line out the door.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at a this pembina branch today. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told that my request could not be processed due to a newly “invented” policy. When I asked to see the policy details, the bank staff simply responded, “I don’t have to show you.” Ironically, the same request was processed at another branch in less than 5 minutes.
