Worst bank for individuals who are in financial hardship!!!!
Very disappointed with the service I received. The employee I dealt with was rude and dismissive, offering no real help and making the experience frustrating. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a bank. The employees name was Beatrice I believe. They were very unprofessional.

2 debit cards for one account why? The virtual card is useless you can’t even tap it in stores😳 when everyone uses phone wallet now. Plus my work is weird and requires debit visa for my e-transfer payouts ya I know email and account that’s just the way they do it. My direct deposit is set on account. But I can choose to be paid once a day through e-transfer. But that doesn’t work either nope? Like it just keeps the money on that card wth.
