I met Ms. Maryam Tavatav, a personal banker at this branch. She spent a lot of time explaining every detail about opening and managing accounts, and walked me through online banking. Regarding my previous experiences whivh was not that pleasant in other banks, I learned a lot from her and felt safe. And now she's managing my whole family and friends' accounts. They did good job by assisting me, I was able to pick up my credit card and set it up no issues.
If there were less zero ratings I would give it to this RBC bank service Simply, the staff in this place have no clue how they support customers. They keep probing you and nothing at the end. They make a lot of mistakes during customer service like providing wrong information and when you ask them back they say a lot sorries. Never go to this rbc bank! Better to drive all the way down to any other rbc
