This is honestly the worst bank I have been to I signed up for a promotion to get AirPods 4 and I went in to the shop at 3 separate occasions to figure out my account situation and none of the member at the front desk had any clue how to do it properly as I would go in person then they would tell me what to do. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unpleasant and deeply concerning experience I had at your Richmond branch, involving your client service manager, Ms. Jan Wei. Multiple times I have come to this branch and it is always soooo slow. I can wait, I don't mind being in a line. It's the fact you can stand in a line with no one in front of you with tellers sitting at their desks not even acknowledging you. Yesterday was a prime example, had someone acknowledged the customer in line, it would have saved 20 minutes of twiddling my thumbs getting angry.
