Very disappointed, Long waiting time. Branch doesn’t have have enough staffs to help customers.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unpleasant and deeply concerning experience I had at your Richmond branch, involving your client service manager, Ms. Jan Wei. During a recent visit to the branch, I was discussing routine banking matters with Ms. Wei. At one point, I mentioned my current profession in Canada. Multiple times I have come to this branch and it is always soooo slow. I can wait, I don't mind being in a line. It's the fact you can stand in a line with no one in front of you with tellers sitting at their desks not even acknowledging you. Yesterday was a prime example, had someone acknowledged the customer in line, it would have saved 20 minutes of twiddling my thumbs getting angry. Emily at RBC Terra Nova branch is extremely hard to reach. I’ve called multiple times about a GIC inquiry with no answer or callback. Recently, the phone rang a few times before disconnecting. Even visiting the branch didn’t help. Very disappointing service
