Emily at RBC Terra Nova branch is extremely hard to reach. I’ve called multiple times about a GIC inquiry with no answer or callback. Recently, the phone rang a few times before disconnecting. Even visiting the branch didn’t help. Very disappointing service
Had two wonderful experiences at this RBC branch with Esther. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind in both occasions. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her and found her very pleasant. She helped me in every way possible and solved the problems.
