With eight people waiting in line none of the staff seem at all to be trying to move things along. I get that things take time but then call in for more people help if you are going to be stuck with one customer for 30 minutes.
VERY SLOW SERVICE. I DONT KNOW WHY .DOESNT MATTER IF THERES 6 IN LINE UP OR 2...ALWAYS TAKES AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR NO MATTER HOW LITTLE THE ISSUE IS. IM THINKING SERIOUSLY OF CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT AND GO TO TD , CIBC OR SCOTIA.
