Years ago this bank had great staff and was fast at completing the customers lineup. Now they have so many new staff and the new staff are so slow and don't know what there doing. Most of the new staff is immigrants and I'm more comfortable talking to someone who knows me and respects me. Just these new staff sure are clueless and there's even a couple managers I have not seen there for a while now. I use to like this bank and was welcome by alot of friendly people, it's gone downhill now. It's a waiting 20 minute place now ... read more
