Years ago this bank had great staff and was fast at completing the customers lineup. Now they have so many new staff and the new staff are so slow and don't know what there doing. Most of the new staff is immigrants and I'm more comfortable talking to someone who knows me and respects me. Just these new staff sure are clueless and there's even a couple managers I have not seen there for a while now. This review have been a building up and building up I’ve been here 10 times and 9 of them I have left frustrated the major issue is there staff don’t have any customers skills and just try and rush you out of there as fast as they can an in doing so they make mistakes and have a hard time correcting them. I would avoid using this branch if you can !

May 23 2025 What are bad services at the 18 street branch its ridiculous people had to wait 15 + minutes to pass to the lobby to talk. But if you're feeling lonely it's the best place to come but for people like us the our time is precious its ridiculous what a waste of time
