Almost impossible to talk to live person if you aren't a client. You can get there eventually if you have lots of patience. Should be able to press number to get directly to Berwick branch.
Amazing staff!!
The branch staff are fine, it's the bank it's self that you need to be wary of. They will find any way and by any means to extract more fees from your account. They don't care about fraudulent transactions that show up in account and can't even be bothered to check into them. Do yourself a favour, bank somewhere else!
