I have a joint account and they REFUSED to help me get a new bank card for the account I'm under as joint owner. They stated the other individual had to be present or POA. The account owner is a disabled individual and that's why I'm listed as joint owner so I can assist directly with financial needs. The teller provided false information and insulted the disabled individual by insinuating he didn't know his pin when I requested a new card due to numerous declined and malfunctions with existing debit card.
