Poor Management and Unprofessional Service I am very disappointed with the service at RBC Bank. The management is extremely poor and unprofessional. Staff behavior is not up to the standard expected from a major Canadian bank — they often fail to treat customers with basic respect or professionalism. the asian teller needs training in 101 customer service, although I highly think it will work. The employees at this branch have attitude and hostile facial expressions. I worked in many bank branches for 10 years and I know these people need to be fired.
