Crap service. Takes forever.
The Assistance branch manager Stephanie is extremely rude to the customer, know absolutely nothing about the business and yelled at the customer. This terminated my 20 years services with royal bank because of this meanless person.
I had a terrible experience at this branch. The wait times were extremely long, and I encountered poor customer service multiple times. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
I thought only one had problem with management of this branch , when I saw reviews confirmed that manager her is very unprofessional , please visit Manotick or other branches , tellers are nice but understaffed , but manager are very unprofessional
