Every time I visited this branch I have had ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐experience, whether it's WT, Account to Account transfer, cheque deposit or currency conversion. I am sure I got the best service I could get.
I came in for cash deposit. There was a long line up and Chidi spotted me in the line while trying to decongest the line. He assisted me with the cash deposit at the ATM. He was very patient with me. I will like to deal with him another day.
If I could give them less than zero, I would. Their treatment is not good at all in this branch. I do not know if the RBC Bank management sees the rating of this branch 2.2.
Terrible service I’m pulling two companies from RBC people it’s not friendly and rude I didn’t ask anything to get from RBC only deposit check from other bank which one it’s legal Scotia bank did in the office she offered nothing I need to wait to money bee available. Vesko
