Consistently has great customer service over the years. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Each time I've chatted with a financial advisor they're such awesome people offering great advice and a non-judgmental space to share their knowledge. I've never once had issues here in any way shape or form. If anyone is looking for a bank locally I always suggest RBC.
Good customer service. 24hr ATM in the lobby. Offering all usual banking services, though some services take weeks for an appointment.
