I had a scheduled appointment with the manager at the bank for my specific question a week in advance. However, when I arrived at the branch, another manager informed me that I was required to wait in a long line because my case didn't warrant an appointment. I specifically booked this time during my lunch break, as I am working. It's unacceptable that I should have to jeopardize my job due to the inconsistency and lack of coordination among the bank's managers regarding their appointment policies.
