I had an in-person appointment booked for 5:00 PM on February 6, 2026 at the Terry Fox & Hazeldean RBC branch with advisor Thomas Fairfield. I arrived on time and checked in, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, no one came to see me. Clean nice bank
Went in to put some cash into my business account and the young girl really struggled to perform this basic function of a bank. This really is 101 of working in a bank and she was grumpy, rude and showed clear signs that I was inconveniencing her day.
Very SLOW here. 30-40min wait each time.
