RBC is really careless when it comes to their clients…. Customer service unfortunately is non existent
Had to send a wire transfer to a friend in the States. Since this branch is kinda far from my house but still the closest one to me, I avoided it hoping to use a Western Union branch that was closer. Unfortunately for me, that WU has been down for two weeks. So I bit the bullet and went here. Bit of a hike but I had no other choice. I entered and told the teller what I wanted to do. awful customer service - don't know the different between a personal check a bank draft. Put a hold on a bank draft funds.. simply incompetent
Just moved here and find the branch nearby. I’m truly thankful to Ying for her warm, thoughtful, and attentive service.
The customer service at this bank is unacceptable. A middle-aged Chinese man at the counter rolled his eyes, looked down on customers, and even used an obscene middle finger gesture to call people. I am also Asian, so this is not about racism , it is about his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. He should go back to school to learn proper manners before working in customer service.
