RBC is really careless when it comes to their clients…. Customer service unfortunately is non existent
Had to send a wire transfer to a friend in the States. Since this branch is kinda far from my house but still the closest one to me, I avoided it hoping to use a Western Union branch that was closer. Unfortunately for me, that WU has been down for two weeks. So I bit the bullet and went here. Bit of a hike but I had no other choice. I entered and told the teller what I wanted to do.
