Set me a cut card that I never even wanted. Charge me a hundred and twenty four dollars. For an annual fee. Went into the bank to get them to cancel the card. Before I could do that , I had to pay that amount. Yes , I got a bill 4 Yesterday I got a bill for $1 dollar.scammers
I have been dealing with the Exeter RBC for exactly 1 year now. The front line staff at this branch are wonderful: in the 10 or so times I have gone in to pay a bill or settle an account of my late mom's (as legal executor), there have been no problems and I found the staff really friendly. Twice however, when new staff needed to ask the branch manager a question, the branch manager was difficult and unkind. I mistakenly left my debit card at the branch and it took almost 2 weeks for them to call me and tell me they had it. They left a message that I could come and pick it up and when I got there they told me that the card was no good so they trashed it, what a group of idiots. I can see that all the 1 star ratings were justified
