The front line staff are great: in the 10 or so times I have gone in to settle an account of my late mom's (as legal executor), there have been no problems. Set me a cut card that I never even wanted. Charge me a hundred and twenty four dollars. For an annual fee. Went into the bank to get them to cancel the card. Before I could do that , I had to pay that amount. Yes , I got a bill 4 Yesterday I got a bill for $1 dollar.scammers
I have been dealing with the Exeter RBC for exactly 1 year now.
