I'm updating this review because today I went in for a scheduled appointment to set up education accounts for my kids. Louise-Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process simple and stress free. I look forward to working with her again. Bank manager is soo rude , she don’t wanna listen someone issue, one of bank employee was very aggressive and he refused to access my account, this is second time in this branch…
very slow service
Long line up, few employees.No more RBC Business client service? For all the money you making from your clients, some minimum consideration would be appreciated. Keegan at a desk was very arrogant. Maybe don’t forget that because we are many small clients that your salaries, holidays and advantages are paid…by us!
