Bank manager is soo rude , she don’t wanna listen someone issue, one of bank employee was very aggressive and he refused to access my account, this is second time in this branch…

Long line up, few employees.No more RBC Business client service? For all the money you making from your clients, some minimum consideration would be appreciated. Keegan at a desk was very arrogant. Maybe don’t forget that because we are many small clients that your salaries, holidays and advantages are paid…by us!
This bank is terrible. It's the only bank I've ever heard of to bounce something over 1$ two days later on Christmas eve.and of course they got there monthly payment same day. they wanna bounce important payments so the get their few bux on time. F. THIS BANK.
