Have been trying all morning to speak to someone ay the Parry Sound, Ontario branch .have sat listening to the same ad over and over again for 23 minutes this time! Can't e en fi d so where to ask questions s o. Line. What gives??
As previously mentioned it’s mind numbing just to access this branch by phone. Poor customer service in every way possible. I would give them a zero if I could. Disgraceful
Manager was excellent at helping us resolve an issue - went above and beyond for us :)
Great staff and clean establishment. However, in the past when RBC was at the Mall, it would've been open on a Saturday for half a day.
They charged me an outrageous US$9.49 ATM fee to withdraw $400. Never again.
