As previously mentioned it’s mind numbing just to access this branch by phone. Poor customer service in every way possible. I would give them a zero if I could. Disgraceful
Manager was excellent at helping us resolve an issue - went above and beyond for us :)
Great staff and clean establishment. However, in the past when RBC was at the Mall, it would've been open on a Saturday for half a day.
They charged me an outrageous US$9.49 ATM fee to withdraw $400. Never again.
Very slow service and entering passwords for clients.
