We've tried for years to get solutions to very basic issues. We have had nothing but non action. We are looking for a better bank with proper service .
They don’t care about their Customers,they wouldn’t help me with credit card fraud,after this debt is paid off,I’ll be taking this to court because they’re supposed to help their customers,since someone used my card.I’ll make sure I file a complaint against them and speak to their boss about this,not that they care anymore.
When banking at the Parry Sound Branch today, I dealt with Artem. He did a review of my various product usage and recommended a plan to save me $250 annually in fees. Not great for RBCs bottom line but as a Senior, that helps me. I was thrilled to have such remarkable service. Thanks Artem!!
