Keval Khamj, this lady , this is the second time she want to put me to her friends and not who I want to deal with, she is very rude and unprofessional, if these type of people are going to serve in this bank I am going to move all my accounts to another bank.

It was the worst branch I ever met.The tellers and advisors were very sluggish ,and it seems that they were tied there to work.One of the men was chewing gum and answered the clients questions with hands in his pocket and rudely.i thought i am in another world oh my God!!Thank God i left being their customer.God bless the customers.
Nobody seems to work at this location. Lineup out the door as a single teller helps the same person for 20+ minutes. I drove to Rabbit Hill RBC because it was faster than standing in line
Every time I go to this branch, I receive great customer service, specially branch manager Anita Gupta is very knowledgeable and helpful, recently I had some issue, she went above and beyond to help and also followed up with me. I understand every business follows some rules, but staff here are always very helpful. I recommend this branch to everyone.
