The most incompetent staff I've ever seen. Never have I ever got out before 30 mins, WITH ANYTHING GETTING DONE, in all my 5 visits. Staff members have to run to other ones to confirm each and everything. So frustrating.
Horrible bank overall. Do not bank with RBC.
Staff was extremely slow. Waited for over 45 minutes before reaching the desk.

Keval Khamj, this lady , this is the second time she want to put me to her friends and not who I want to deal with, she is very rude and unprofessional, if these type of people are going to serve in this bank I am going to move all my accounts to another bank.
