Well hold your checks for weeks, funds in the account cant access it. 300$ in groceries left at the till.
I had a positive experience with the bank teller, who was kind and helpful. However, I found the service from the manager to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. I feel for the staff who have to work with her, as it impacted the overall experience.
This review is more about an employee than the bank itself. My husband and I went in for the first time a few days ago to get some information regarding different accounts. A young woman named Maren was at the entry door and the line up was long. Right away, she asked us how she could help. When we explained our circumstances, she told us immediately she could help us and whisked us into an office. Not shocked to see a low rating at this location. The unnecessary sass and attitude i get from the tellers here are hilarious. Closing my accounts asap lol
