Quick & pleasant staff
Too slow, not enough cashiers!
Honestly, really conflicted about this. The wait was long to get through, it was just over 20 minutes with 3 people in line in front of me. Which is fine, I don't mind as I normally don't go in to a branch. I needed a bank draft. The woman was super friendly, wanted to chat a lot, which was fine- up until she opened my account and started commenting on a "large deposit" and how great it was that my employer paid me so much. Except I was laid off. The "large deposit" a severance package. So that was uncomfortable/ embarrassin... read more
