Today I visited this branch to close my account for personal reasons. A very professional young woman helped me with the entire process. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I know she speaks Ukrainian and seems to be doing an internship at this branch. She handled everything calmly, clearly, and very professionally. They had 4 tellers on when no one was inline the minute the line up got long two tellers decided it was time for break. Ridiculous what happened to hard work clear the line and then go for break. Horrible customer service considering the customers are the reason the banks stays open.
Every time I come here, it's understaffed and has a big line up. Over the years I have seen the quality of customer service plummet. They used to have a greeter at the front desk, the greeting desk and the lady are both gone. They used to offer coffee while your waiting, that's gone too. The business wicket is gone. For a bank thats been doing record profits you would think they could keep those things as well as the two other nearby branches they have closed within the last couple years
