I recently visited RBC to change my PIN and withdraw money, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The teller was rude and made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, even though I was simply handling my own banking. I had a very disappointing experience with Manju Sharma at RBC (Royal Bank)(Scott road branch).I had an appointment with her at 10 a.m. to apply for a credit card, and her attitude was shockingly rude from the start.
