If I can give zero star I will give it to them they open the ATM machine at I was waiting for 30 minutes because I live in different City when are they open the door the ATM it's out of their service when I go inside to with the draw some money, they told me at 9:30 you going to start! worst bank in this location ever the most UTM it's 24/7
I needed a new bank card as I lost mine and got told they can't give me a new one and I need call the 1800 number I don't even know why we have banks anymore if you have to do everything over the phone or online anymore
Bad hours that screw over anyone who works 9 to 5 and if you do a digital deposit occasionally they hold your check for 5 business days. I shouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to red deer just to deposit my paycheck after 5 or on weekends.
On an urgent matter that needed to be dealt with no one could see me for a week. The teller did the best should could. But no other clients in the bank one eating tim hortons and one going out to walk their dog. You can do better rbc.
