lost my RBC card and suffered fraud on my account. After calling for help, I was referred to a branch multiple times. On my second visit, a branch rep dismissed the situation and lazily told me it wasn’t necessary because notes were on file. Despite this, I was referred again when calling RBC. Dealing with fraud is stressful enough — this kind of lazy, dismissive service makes it worse. RBC seriously needs to train staff to take urgent issues seriously and communicate properly.
The staffers are helpful and accommodating at this location.
Terrible and slow service, no security whatsoever, there was a crazy dude screaming and they didn’t even bother escorting him out.
