Terrible service, account got locked because of a mobile cheque deposit, sat there for 1 hour just to be told the same thing over and over, once I was told it was fixed I still don’t have access to my account. Service is slow and terrible, will be moving banks in the near future.
they wouldn't give me free money
Well after 30 years as a rbc client, they decided to treat my hubby as a new client..when he called to fix his problem they decided his dedicated service wasnt enough.. I totally recommend get a different bank.. if they will treat a 30 year veteran of the bank as a newbie than it isn't worth it..
