I walked in this branch to see if I could get an appointment to open an estate account across provinces. The lady at the desk didn't know, so she went to get Elizabeth. She has been a great help, even if she couldn't open the account. She took the time to offer useful advices for the next steps, even knowing I wouldn't be able to open the account with them.
