Joan was very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. A/C was at a nice temperature, no need for a coat like in many other businesses. Large open spaces , plenty of chairs available while waiting.
As far as customer service goes here I'd say it's an excellent place. However, I feel the location of this bank needs to be relocated elsewhere due to the amount of congestion it causes for customers trying to drive in and out of it's very small parking lot.

Do not go here ATM eat money when deposit don't get back for months. Also useless absolutely useless ppl working here now. I repeat do not go here. I got hacked online account n nothing they can do. Use cash these ppl rob n steal all day everyday
