When they want they are alright. On the other hand, anytime I deposit a paycheck from my employer and it is under 1500 dollars it still takes more than to 5 days to clear. Just got off the phone with RBC, inquiring about a check I deposited on the 12th this month and was informed it will be cleared on the 22nd. No parking and slow.
Joan was very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. A/C was at a nice temperature, no need for a coat like in many other businesses. Large open spaces , plenty of chairs available while waiting.
As far as customer service goes here I'd say it's an excellent place. However, I feel the location of this bank needs to be relocated elsewhere due to the amount of congestion it causes for customers trying to drive in and out of it's very small parking lot.
